The bed and breakfast accommodation below is generally situated within 15km of the ferry port. Ferries from Britain run to a variety of countries, these include Ireland, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and Belgium. Those on long crossings will have sleeping accommodation, shops, entertainment and restaurants and, depending on the route, casinos, saunas and gyms. Shorter crossings will sometimes be by hydrofoil. These craft will have a snack and drinks bar, maybe a small shop, but no sleeping accommodation. Journey times will range between 1 hr(Cairnryan to Larne) and 35 hrs(Portsmouth to Bilbao).
